Vintage Style Liberty Peg Bag
Lara has made this gorgeous Vintage Style Liberty Peg Bag using the left over organic fabrics from the Easter apron. The new Liberty organic fabrics are perfect for this vintage style type of project. Their soft colours have a lovely vintage feel.
Organic Liberty fabrics used – Betsy A, Betsy B, Mamie B and Millie C “I used the technique of raw edge appliqué for the birds and flowers. I used Bondaweb on the back of the appliquéd shapes which really helps them to stay down whilst sewing which is a lot easier. These are all machine appliquéd with added sewing detail added to the birds and flowers.”
